Follow These Steps To Begin Team Training On Our Training App

Step 1: Join The Team

Click the link and complete checkout. You'll be added to the current training block (Hometown Roots: Foundational Strength).

Step 2: Check Your Email

Look for the Welcome to HTC email and create your training profile the training app. If you don't see it, check your spam!

Step 3: Check Your Training Schedule

Your workouts will automatically upload into your training profile. Click the calender icon at the bottom of the screen to view full workout breakdown. You can view the workouts from previous weeks + future workouts up to two weeks.

Step 4: Start Training

Open a workout to see all demonstration videos + coaching notes on how to complete workouts. Be sure to log your weights + reps in the app so all of your progress is being tracked.

Step 5: Need Additional Help?

Drop your form videos/ questions inside of the groupchat for quick feedback.

Step 6: Keep Moving Forward

Every 4-5 weeks we will transition into the next training phase. Your calendar will automatically update with brand new workouts.
